Parts

We have most parts available for Data East, Sega, Stern, Williams and Bally Pinball Machines, however, if we do not have them in stock we can either access them or direct you to the people who can.  We can usually access Gottlieb parts as well.  We also have spare parts for Video Games, Pool Tables, Soccer Tables, Air Hockey Pucks and bats and some other equipment as well.  We can still access stylus / needles for most vinyl jukeboxes and we also still have record title cards in stock, however this is now the extent of our vinyl jukebox spare parts.  Our parts section is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

 

Service

We can boast the largest service department in South Australia.  We have 7 full time servicemen that work from our premises at Edwardstown.  We have specialists in CD jukeboxes and pinball machines (dot matrix displays only), video games etc.

We can service your equipment at our workshop.  We will not do call outs, however, if you require your equipment picked up and delivered back we can do this for $65 in metro area (no upstairs or downstairs pickups).  We do not give service advice over the phone.  Our service section is open from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.  Our standard labour rate is $80 per hour (incl gst) plus parts.  Please note, service of your equipment can take up to 8 weeks at times.

As we can not access parts and equipment we do not offer service of any kind on vinyl jukeboxes anymore.
