Parts

We have most parts available for Data East, Sega, Stern, Williams and Bally Pinball Machines, however if we do not have them in stock we can access them or direct you to the people who can. We can usually access Gottlieb parts as well. We also have spare parts for Video Games, Pool Tables, Air Hockey pucks and bats and some other equipment as well. We can still access stylus/needles for most vinyl jukeboxes and we also still have record title tickets in stock, however this is now the extent of our vinyl jukebox parts. Why not give us a call and see if we can help. Our parts section is open from Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

Service

We can boast the largest service department in South Australia. We have 7 full time servicemen that work from our premises at Edwardstown. We have specialists in CD jukeboxes & pinball machines (dot matrix displays only), video games etc.

We can service your equipment at our workshop. We will not do call outs, however, if you require your equipment picked up and delivered back we can do this for $65 in metro area (no upstairs or downstairs pickups). We do not give service advice over the phone. Our service section is open from Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Our standard labour rate is $80 per hour (incl GST) plus parts. Please note service of equipment can take up to 8 weeks.

As we can not access parts and equipment we do not offer service of any kind on vinyl jukeboxes anymore.
