SERVICE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT

We are currently unable to service equipment not originally purchased from Dickeson's.
Equipment purchased from Dickeson's is still backed up and can be serviced, this excludes older equipment such as Vinyl Jukeboxes and pre 1990 Pinball models.

Equipment is serviced in our workshop and call outs are no longer available but pick up & return delivery can be arranged from $85 (no upstairs / downstairs pickups).

Standard labour rate is $120 per hour (incl GST) plus parts.

Please note that service of your equipment can take up to 8 weeks.

DICKESON'S ARE CURRENTLY WORKING AT CAPACITY AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR ITEM IN FOR REPAIR.
